Version 2026-07-27. These terms govern the use of EmaLinks.
Service and operator
EmaLinks is operated by Emasoft s. r. o.. It helps users save, organize, discover and share links. The current version may be provided as a free beta service.
Eligibility and account
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Registration information must be accurate and you are responsible for keeping access to your account secure.
Your content
You retain rights to the content you add. You grant EmaLinks the limited permission needed to store, display and share it according to the visibility settings you choose. You are responsible for what you publish or share.
Acceptable use
Do not use EmaLinks for illegal content, malware, harassment, infringement, spam, deceptive activity, unauthorized access or interference with the service. We may restrict content or accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users or comply with law.
External websites
EmaLinks organizes links to third-party websites. We do not control or endorse those websites and are not responsible for their availability, content or security.
Availability and liability
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability during beta testing. Users should keep exports of important data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending use and changes
You may delete your account in Account settings. We may update these terms when the service or law changes and will present material changes for acceptance. Slovak law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
